A friend and I used Travel-click for the second time, when we went on a trip to Zanzibar in March 2022. Zubair was a life saver! When the website to fill in the entry form for Zanzibar was acting up while we were trying to check in at the airport, he did it online for us. This caused much relief and crushed our panic attacks, especially after we tried and only got halfway before the system crashed. The resort was gorgeous and the staff were helpful. Based on his advice, we hired a private taxi to take us to Stone Town on 3 occasions at an affordable price. That’s how we met Usi, our driver for the 3 days. Zubair checked in with us regularly and when the legislation changed regarding PCR tests no longer being a requirement for vaccinated travellers, he let us know immediately. He saved us a combined R2800, which we would have spent on tests in Zanzibar. Another SA couple were not so lucky and paid it as they were not aware of the change. I recently booked a trip to Turkey with Zubair. He was very accommodating and efficient. He was in contact with me the entire trip and would check to see if all the bookings and tours went well. He got me a lovely hotel that was affordable and near all the main attractions, and all transfers were on time.
